Not getting your email?
Internet service providers install powerful anti-spam filters to ensure that their customers only get the emails they want to receive. In the process, even legitimate mails can sometimes get blocked. This could be why you are not receiving important emails from us!
Updating your subscription
There are a few things you can do to ensure that you receive our mailers.
Follow the simple instructions for each service provider (listed below) to add us to your safe list.
Contact our support team to ensure that you are subscribed to receive our emails.
Make sure your complete address is updated
We have prepared step-by-step instructions for the following mail services/clients. If you use an e-mail service or client that we haven't provided instructions for, contact our Customer Support Staff anytime for help.
Windows Live (Hotmail)
Sign in to your Windows Live email account
Click on the "Options" tab to open the drop down menu.
Click on the "More Options" tab
Under "Junk Mail", click on the "Safe and Blocked Senders"
Click on "Safe Senders"
Click on the "add to list" button
Sign into your AOL email account.
Click on "Contacts"
Under the "New" Tab, select "New Contact"
Then click on "Create"
Sign into your Yahoo! email account.
Click on the "Contacts" tab
Click on "Add a new contact" and the action will open the contact form
Then click "Save"
Sign into your Gmail email account.
Open your contacts list by clicking 'Contacts'
Click "Create Contact" to open the 'Add Contact' page:
